If you are a Eurosceptic and your Tory MP's name is on this list, write to him threatening to vote UKIP if he or she does not write a letter to the Chairman of the 1922 Committee proposing a motion of no confidence.

When this happens, we will have a leadership election.

Should Cameron be replaced, he would be replaced by a Eurosceptic, which would be a nice change.

http://www.conservativehome.com/parliament/2011/10/the-79-conservative-mps-who-voted-for-a-referendum.html was where I got this list from.
