Only these MPs can realistically throw their hats in the ring for the Tory leadership election

  1. Commons Leader Chris Grayling
  2. Culture Secretary John Whittingdale
  3. Northern Ireland Secretary Theresa Villiers
  4. Justice Secretary Michael Gove
  5. Minister of State for Employment Priti Patel*
    Former Mayor of London Boris Johnson**
Can you see, without me having to explain it to you, why it can only be a contest between Gove and Johnson?  

Let this happen sooner rather than later, and quickly rather than slowly.
