Compare what the Koran says about warfare with what the UN tolerates

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Islamic_military_jurisprudence#Ethics_of_warfare

The basic principle in fighting in the Qur'an is that other communities should be treated as one's own. Fighting is justified for legitimate self-defense, to aid other Muslims and after a violation in the terms of a treaty, but should be stopped if these circumstances cease to exist. The principle of forgiveness is reiterated in between the assertions of the right to self-defense.

Does the Koran say anything about destabilising someone else's country and then invading/bombing them on the pretext of protecting the  human rights of the people whose countries you have destabilised, because you want to steal their oil?

NO.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Qur%27an_and_violence#Sword_verses

Permission to take up arms is hereby given to those who are attacked because they have been oppressed – Allah indeed has power to grant them victory – those who have been unjustly driven from their homes, only because they said: “Our Lord is Allah”.
—Qur'an, [Quran 22:39

Nope, nothing here about invading other people's countries to effect regime change or saving  them from their oppressive rulers when all you want to do is steal their oil.
