What is "homophobic"? When you say something that makes a homo hate you.
What is disablist? When you say something that makes a disabled person hate you.
What is sexist? Whey you say something that makes a woman hate you.
What is racist? When you say something that makes someone of another race hate you.
If that is the case, then free speech is completely fucked and so are we. Any attempt to criticise any of these protected groups of people will make us guilty of thoughtcrime.
It is not even our own thought that is at issue. If you make someone hate you, it becomes hate crime. Even if you didn't intend to cause offence, it will be snatched out of your reluctant hands.
On 24 January I was arrested by five police officers for causing a female Tourette's sufferer, Jessica Thom, to hate me.

I have not yet been told if I will stand trial for causing her to hate me.
I don't mind if she hates me. She is allowed to hate me, and I wouldn't dream of having her arrested for hating me. However, she is claiming that I hate her and that is not allowed any more, it seems.
The police still have my computer which they confiscated on 24 January, and I have not yet been told that what offence I am to be charged with.
