He seems all coked up to me.

Thames Valley Police say the arrest of a 21 year old man is in connection with two incidents involving two different women last year.
One victim was raped on the 22nd of January 2013, an attempted rape took place around 3 months later on the 24th of April.
The 21 year old has now been released on bail until the 18th of June.

The allegation of attempted rape also involved a second-year university student who is alleged to have met the Union president in a nightclub in April last year and claimed she was attacked when she went back to his room.
An Oxford student said the women involved, both aged around 19 and members of university sports teams, are thought to have made the complaints to police in the last few days.

@Tom_Mendelsohn Ben Sullivan being named whilst his accuser hides behind anonymity. #Oxford A dichotomy in legislation. Unequal and immoral.

@JackO_May @Independent Ben Sullivan has been given a long bail, quite a good sign for the defence. "Rape" happened over a year ago. Set up?
— Ciaran Goggins (@sufc15) May 7, 2014
@FrothyDragon @p0mp0ms Long bail equates with Thames Valley Police trying to cobble together a prosecution. Ben Sullivan fitted up. #Oxford

@p0mp0ms @FrothyDragon On the Ben Sullivan case we must agree to differ. I hold he is 100% innocent. Anonymity is a false accusers charter.
— Ciaran Goggins (@sufc15) May 7, 2014
@p0mp0ms @FrothyDragon Bear in mind UK is a police state and "victim" can be named abroad. I believe Ben Sullivan #OxfordUnion

@sufc15 @FrothyDragon feel has been done to them, without anonymity they would be hounded by people like you and silenced.

@p0mp0ms Current legislation ensures short sentences (if any at all) for false rape accusers. This will change. Starting with Ben Sullivan.

Did the success of the accusers of Max Clifford prompt these two women to accuse Ben Sullivan of rape over a year later? https://www.cps.gov.uk/legal/p_to_r/perverting_the_course_of_justice_-_rape_and_dv_allegations/
Notice how men assume that the accusers are malicious and false and women assume that he must be guilty. Gender relations in Britain are toxic indeed. This tends to happen if the majority of women in your society are sluts. It seems having sex with someone is the surest way of turning yourself into a victim of violence.

Why does Ben Sullivan not have anonymity whilst his accuser are granted it? Either one law for everyone or none for anyone. Current legislation is contrary to ECHR.
