Who would take over if David Cameron falls under a bus in Paris?

It seems Peter Bone MP is saying that members of Cameron's cabinet who are also Conservative MPs have an order of succession as proposed at http://www.huffingtonpost.co.uk/peter-bone/david-cameron-prime-minister-replacement-bill_b_4356323.html?1385659767

As things stand, I have a better idea, because I really really don't want Theresa May stepping into the shoes of David Cameron.

I therefore propose that the Shadow Cabinet Conservative MPs choose a rule a leader under the Papal Conclave rules.

Sadly, for Michael Gove, who is the cleverest member of the Conservative Party, he is not actually a member of the Cabinet though he can attend cabinet meetings.

I imagine under these rules George Osborne would end up getting the job.
