I was so thrilled when Peter Lavelle who presents Crosstalk on RT answered my question on nationalism (12th minute)! I also asked if Russia was a libral democracy (24th minute). The answer is that the Russians regard democracy as a procedure and a means to an end, not a civic religion like in the West.
