If the number of people with a learning disability are growing by 5% a year, how long will it be before the British are 100% retarded?

Total population of the UK: 63 millions.
Total population of the UK with a learning disability in the UK: 1.5 millions.
Average annual rate of population’s increase: 0.5 per cent.
Average annual rate of population with a learning disability’s increase: 5.0 per cent.
Taking 2011 as zero base, “n” is the year in which both populations are equal.
63(1.005)^n = 1.5(1.05)^n
ln(63) + n ln(1.005) = ln(1.5) + n ln(1.05)
n = 85.33 years.
Total population of the UK by the year 2096: 96.42 millions.
Total population of the UK by the year 2096 with a learning disability in the UK: 96.42 millions.
