56:00 I ask Josh what people mean when they talk about nationalising social media.
1:51:00 I ask about Jared Taylor's lawsuit against Twitter.
Affiliated in this context should mean "connected with groups who incite and inflict violence who are approved of and encouraged by Jared Taylor".
1:56:00 If we are accused of hate speech, the nature of it should be cited and tweeters should have the right to appeal.
1:57:00 Why is the government telling us we can and cannot hate?
1:58:00 It was Germany that proposed fining Facebook for not removing quickly enough content that that the German government found objectionable. "Hate speech"is speech and views the government hates.

A Voice from Kashmir
2:04:00 The only speech that should be illegal are defamation and incitement to crime and violence.
2:21:00 What can we do to fight censorship and the increasing repression of the liberal state?
2:23:00 Protection from being offended for the intersectional groups but not for the heterosexual white male.
2:24:00 For a white heterosexual male to complain about discrimination is to lower himself in the eyes of other white heterosexual males.
2:34:00 I finally realise who I was talking to! The Civil Rights Act in the US is holier than the Equality Act 2010, it would appear.

Here is a transcript of a podcast interview in which I discussed the proposal in-depth and explained why the other options are simply not viable: https://t.co/KvPeuKVwZw.— Dan Halen Industries (@HalenIndus) August 11, 2018
Perhaps you could interview me, and I could explain the proposal and answer questions you have about it?
At most, Facebook would only be able to block access to the post for those users within Germany. An argument could be made, however, that Facebook would not be permitted even to do that, because Facebook is a U.S. company and U.S. law supercedes contrary foreign law. 😉— Dan Halen Industries (@HalenIndus) August 9, 2018
