The necessity, utility and morality of libertarian eugenics

My most eye-catching idea is my absolute refusal to back down from the moral necessity for the practice of eugenics, if you care for the long-term health of your society, as you should if you are a nationalist. My most infamous idea is my proposal to legalise infanticide if committed by the parents of unwanted disabled babies.

Yet, when reduced to its bare essentials, people will see that it is not really so objectionable, since all I propose to do is give parents the OPTION of doing so. There is no compulsion and no prohibition.

There is no danger of this option being exercised by parents to a degree that would prevent the continuing existence of the British peoples, and it is therefore on this Kantian ground perfectly moral.

The people who object will mostly be women who see the potential in raising their status at public expense by parading themselves with their disabled charges - the more pathetic they are, the greater their immunity from criticism.

In this way is the labour of the productive being wasted on the unproductive, by the supremacy of women over men in these matters of caring.

It is therefore time that men now remind women that whoever pays the piper calls the tune.  That is all they need to do to reassert their masculine authority over the feminine tendency to waste their maternal instincts on hopeless cases that will only result in more hopeless cases being born, creating an ever-increasing vicious circle of degeneracy, poverty and decline.

Francesca Minerva is a young and pretty philosopher with the courage of her convictions.

I am quite happy to announce that I would abolish infanticide as a crime.  This means I would make it legal for parents to dispose of their own babies up to the age of 12 months.

The Ancient Greeks practised it and so did the Ancient Romans.  Their civilisation did not die out as a result of this practice.  Ancient Athens declined because the Athenians fought too many wars (NeoCons please note), and Rome declined because they caught the ancient form of feminism.

This would be part of my programme of Moral Libertarian Eugenics.

Please note that all my proposals are libertarian in the sense that they repeal a law rather than pass yet another law.

The 9 Principles of Libertarian Eugenics

1. Women who do not find a husband before getting married will be treated as lower in status compared to women who are married when they have children.
2. No parent may be prosecuted for infanticide if the victim is their offspring.   
3. Home births will be the rule rather than the exception.

5. Eugenics, if practised by individuals only and not by the state, is moral and must be practised.
6. No person may be married without a legally enforceable Marriage Contract.

8. Same-sex couples may not "marry" or "civilly partner" each other.   
9. All drugs will be legalised so that the weak-willed, depraved and stupid who succumb to addiction will perish sooner rather than later.

Eugenics is the practice of improving the genetic composition of the population.  

Marriage is therefore Eugenic because requiring a woman to find a husband before she has children will make her choose a long-term sex partner more carefully and wisely.

If she were rational, she would choose a male partner with good  prospects who seems to her to have the potential to be good husband and father (thus improving the quality and increasing the numbers of men who wish to have good quality offspring with the best kind of women, because most men will do anything for sex).

Not requiring a woman to be married before she has children makes her careless, selfish, unwise and promiscuous.

Tolerating the existence of never-married mothers and suffering their numbers to increase without taking strong radical action to discourage them will eventually lead to a populace with the morals of a sexually incontinent, irrational and tyrannical woman leading, eventually, to the decline and fall of your civilisation.  

If Marriage (which is considered sacred by those who believe in God or at the very least necessary to ensure a cohesive and civilised society) is Eugenic, then the practice of Eugenics as outlined above is inescapably and undeniably moral, because the practice of it is necessary to the social cohesion of your nation if it is to continue to exist and flourish.

What to do about the suicidal

Should there be global suicide centres where people for people who don't think their life is worth living could go to be gently put down? Their organs could be harvested for people who want to live.

You could have a system of suicide sponsors who would pay a fee to say they think you should commit suicide. It would be a way of showing someone how much you hate them without actually threatening to kill them (which would be illegal).

I can see it could become a great industry and be adopted internationally.

It is part of the Great Khavian Scheme of Libertarian Eugenics.

It would actually make most people feel less suicidal too.

Legalise all drugs, so the stupid can kill themselves with overdoses and addictions that drive them into a life of crime that would incur the death penalty. Anyone who uses his or addiction as an excuse for committing a crime gets it in the neck.
