A unique and omnipotent God is the creation of Man.
Yahweh, God or Allah is the most powerful entity conceivable by Man.
It therefore makes sense to put Man's creation in service of mankind. The most powerful concept conceivable by Man should be used to serve Man in his government, politics and law.
After all, what else is God for?

Solon ended exclusive aristocratic control of the government, substituted a system of control by the wealthy, and introduced a new and more humane law code. He was also a noted poet.
