Croydon BNP member Charlotte Lewis investigated for race crime

It was in very bad taste, but it is in fact impossible to incite a dead person to commit a crime.

What she said about wishing brown Muslims had been the victims of Derrick Bird instead of his 12 white Cumbrian victims, she is also being arguably quite reasonable in holding this opinion, even though she knew this would be offensive to Searchlight agents and Muslims.

It is a very reasonable view for a BNP member to hold, after all.

It is her Facebook wall and if she cannot express her views on her own walls, where can she express them?

If you don't like it, Searchlight agent, then just defriend her and get on with your life.  Any Muslim would do the same too.

There is a certain irony when one is accused of hate speech.

You say something that demonstrates that you hate group of people and end up being more hated than the people you say you hate.

Can one be guilty of inciting hatred against oneself?

If it were me I would drop the charges against myself.
