If I became dictator I would make it a crime for anyone at all to refer to anyone else’s race, including their own, except in terms of police identification codes listed at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IC_codes

Therefore you would be allowed to say:

“Bloody IC1s and IC3s who are mostly sluts and bastards, criminals and low-achieving crybabies.  Why don’t you keep your knickers on and keep it in your trousers, for a change, instead of bringing forth morally- diseased offspring, generation after generation, whom you fail to bring up and educate properly, and then blame it on the immigrants who come to take the crap jobs you won’t do because you are too busy knocking each other up, claiming benefit and watching as well as appearing on the Jeremy Kyle Show?”
