The only excuse that that overweight white man would have for taking food from a black man is because he is a retard.
If I were the Editor of the Mail I would send a reporter to find out if this man really is a retard, and hope for the sake of the white race that this man can avail himself of the excuse that he is mentally deficient or disturbed.
