Marriage is a socioeconomic construct that varies greatly between cultures and has been in constant change over the years. I'm sure when some cultures did away with the dowry, they were accused of "undermining" marriage, but this was not the case. This is neither the case for the evolution of marriage now; further changes to the institution of marriage are inevitable, but not evil. There are many things that "undermine" the institution of marriage: education, religious freedom, global mobility, etc. Are all of these things "evil"?
That said, I don't think that feminism is bad for marriage. Feminism is about choice. Look back a few decades, to Betty Friedan and other women, and note just how many were utterly unhappy in their marriages. If anything, I think that feminism has encouraged men and women to develop healthier and more egalitarian relationships. If you think that empowering people to leave bad marriages, or to prioritize other life goals, or to pursue alternative lifestyles is "evil"...well, I'm not really sure what else to say.
As you can see, feminism is all about me, me, me and us, us, us, but only if you are female.
If you ask them questions about more abstract matters, eg the future, the national interest, society, marriage, it just does not compute.
These women are educated too. One of them was Yale Law School.
