Two Muslims are surprised at the ignorance of Sargon who seems to think Muslims worship Muhammad the way idolatrous Christians worship Jesus and pray to Mary in their rather childlike way. Like Jews, Muslims pray to an ineffable substanceless God of Truth, Logic and Reason said to be unique, supreme, eternal and morally perfect.
Christians have been told to believe that Christ is the co-equal of the Abrahamic God. This means they have been guilty of practising idolatry for nearly 1800 years. It was only in Victorian times that it became possible to deny the Trinity without being found guilty of blasphemy with serious social and economic consequences.
While Christians had thoughtcrime and blasphemy laws and still have modern versions of this in the Equality Act 2010, freedom of belief is guaranteed by 2:256 of the Koran. quran.com/2/256
