Did I give the right career advice to my fellow YouTuber?

Streaming doesn't help your job prospects, Otto.

Unless you want a job in radio and can hack it, you shouldn't be streaming at all. If you want to marry, you shouldn't be streaming either because streaming is kind of like everyone seeing you in a porn video. Don't stream unless you are always in control of your image, language and the guests you have on if you are looking for a job in radio. Even then that's not advisable without a lot of editing.

I should just sock it to you good and hard, Otto: you come across as a bore and this is on display in your streams. The only time you weren't being a bore was when you were on fire with your antisemitic rants, so not a good look.

Drinking straight from the carton and bottle sweet drinks when you are overweight makes you out to be a slob which is not a good look.

The guests you have on don't give a good impression of you and your associates either. I know I do the same too, but at least I know I am not job hunting in the conventional sense.

To not already know this already  is another reason against hiring you. Tutoring might be an option but if you want this as a job, you would have to stop streaming because no one would want the tutor of their kid to be a bore who associates with unashamed antisemites who identify with the alt-right.

Whatever in the background is making you look like you haven't combed your hair, another bad look. Basically, if you want a job, you would have to dump us.

Uh oh. You have just admitted to having suffered from alcoholism with previous admissions of ropey health. Another reason not to give you a job.
