The logic of theocracy

If you have already incorporated the Old Testament (which includes the Torah believed to have been from God) into your Christian scripture, you would be on notice that the Ten Commandments forbid idolatry.

The definition of idolatry is the worship of anything that is not God, who is separate from His creation. Since Jesus was a man, he was part of God's creation and separate from God.

Since Christians worship a deceased man, they are guilty of idolatry. Perhaps as their civilisation falls about their ears, they might consider ceasing and desisting.

But are there any confirmed Christians who really believe that Jesus is God, or do they only claim to do so in order to join the priesthood so they can derive status and income from their position?

If this is the case, it may just be possible that there are no real Christians in existence at all.

If you are gentile believing in the Abrahamic God without believing that Jesus is God, then you are closer to being Muslim.
