China's Magna Carta and the Holy Trinity of its Three Supremes

As long as there's civilisation there will be politics and all political problems are really moral problems. The truth is that the moral system of the West has been breaking down for centuries and that Christianity is kaput. Because its moral system failed, its political ideology of liberalism declared to be "obsolete" by Putin in 2019 was rejected by Trump and his supporters who identify themselves as nationalist. 

Now that liberal democracy has also failed, we should consider available alternatives after acknowledge mistakes. China was at this crossroads last century when the Mandate of Heaven was withdrawn from the Qing Dynasty and China became a republic. Incidentally, this is one of the most notable features China shares with America: its rejection of monarchy as an institution. 

The “Three Supremes” are as follows:

1. “Supremacy of the business of the CCP” (党的事业至上)

2. “Supremacy of the interests of the people” (人民利益至上)

3. “Supremacy of constitutional law” (宪法法律至上)
