Moral principles come from religious principles, but a man cannot defend any principle if he does not have a religion or a moral system with moral principles that is the official moral system of his society.
These principles have to be enforceable when invoked ie that married parents should be treated better than non-parents and unmarried parents should be treated as sex offenders if we want to live in a patriarchy.
We must also agree that patriarchy is a society prioritising the preferences of married parents who want to properly parent their legitimate offspring and that a matriarchy is a society prioritising the preferences of unmarried parents who casually conceived and parented their illegitimate offspring.
The minimum of these principles is that what is true trumps falsehood, and what is logical trumps the illogical.
If we are nationalists wanting government in the national interest, then we would agree that patriarchy is in the national interest.
But men who call themselves nationalists are not even prepared to support marriage and family values.
You would expect a nationalist to care about the quality of his racial and national gene pool so you would expect nationalists to support the practice of marriage and this involves agreeing that married parents should be treated as higher status than non-parents and non-parents higher status than unmarried parents who should be treated as sex offenders.
