All Jews would be registered by their Orthodox rabbis who would be the Registrars of the Register of Jews. These rabbis would be expected to strike off any Jew found guilty of having committed any of the 36 capital offences of Judaism. Doooovid practises open idolatry so I would expect an Orthodox Rabbinical Registrar to strike him off. All Jews would have to be observant Jews coming under the authority of a rabbi in order to be registered. If it comes to the notice of gentiles that this rule is not being observed by the rabbi, that rabbi would be removed as Registrar.
If you are not registered as a Jew, you are not a Jew.
