There is nothing to follow in the New Testament to follow even if you wanted to follow it whose source is not divine. Christianity was always about defending the divine right of kings; the institution of monarchy is now obsolete.

I have already said numerous times that the Koran is the best available guide to humanity and that there is nothing to follow in the New Testament even if you wanted to follow it properly. There are no Christian theocracies other than the Vatican, are there?

The Koran is about public morality supported by the law. God talking directly to the reader in the Koran gives more spiritual comfort than the Pauline epistles or Matthew, Mark, Luke and John giving us their account of Jesus as they supposedly knew him.

All three Abrahamic religions require martyrdom of adherents but only Muslims take martyrdom seriously. The efficacy of a religion only kicks in when people believe and obey. People claim to be Jews because of Jewish privilege. Islamophobia is why people pretend to be Christian.
