As I suspected, there would be no attempt to consider the theology of Christianity, which means everyone is just ignoring the believability problems of Christianity.
The best religion is the religion that worships the most powerful being conceivable, has the clearest book of rules giving us the most rights and liberties and is easiest to believe. Whatever you think of Muslims, the Koran does not require Muslims to believe in nonsense. When you have convictions, you are more likely to speak the truth as you see it. Since the Trinity is nonsense on stilts and defending the Trinity is impossible without the threat of heretic burning, the West is now in the mess that is in.
You could blame the Americans for inciting the French Revolution and later the even more fiercely regicidal Russian Revolution, but the Americans would just blame the English Republic for starting the trend of regicide and republican revolutions that ended Christendom in 1918.
Why not just accept that we are in fact now pre-Islamic and consider how the West could best adopt sharia to restore the patriarchy?
