I would tell her to decide whether she wanted to capitalise on her notoriety or retire into obscurity. If the latter she should just change her name and live abroad and perhaps learn a foreign language after becoming a teacher of English As A Foreign Language. If the former, she could consider telling cautionary tales about the pitfalls of being a slut as well as the social problems they cause. She could perhaps go on a talking tour visiting the cities most affected by illegitimacy.
