The converse would apply to women who falsely accuse men of rape.
If his punishment is 1000 lashes if convicted of rape, then she would get 800 lashes.

Sure, all you need now is a magical brain scanner which can tell you the incontrovertible truth in all circumstances. When rapists are acquitted it's usually through lack of evidence, not because the plaintiff is proven conclusively to be a liar. If juries feared that by acquitting an accused they might be sending a genuine rape victim wrongly to a painful and humiliating punishment, they would be more likely to side with her than follow the evidence. Assuming you live in a country that doesn't hate women.
I propose professional rape jurors. Such a panel should have an equal number of male and female members of the jury all of whom have to be respectable and married.
