There is no need to "normalise rape" in war

What follows has already been posted in response to
https://majorityrights.com/weblog/comments/claire_khaw_co._render_islam_to_normalize_rape_luke_ford_renders_judaism_to

It is a sign of the times that the cushioned Western Man of the 21st century already in middle age will have grown up with not even an accurate perception of war nor a suitably masculine attitude towards it.

I have no idea what you mean when you say that I and my associates have made some sort of attempt to “render Islam”. Although I knew for a while that one can be rendered speechless,  the first time I came across the term in technical terms was in the context of slaughterhouses.  https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rendering_(animal_products)

As for “normalising rape”, I did no more than say that rational and realistic people would expect women to be raped if their country has been invaded by a foreign army.

No rational or well-informed adult would deny that rape is normal in war and can even be said to be a convention of war ie a practice of war, and even the purpose of war since women are part of booty, which the Koran acknowledges.  http://corpus.quran.com/translation.jsp?chapter=4&verse=24

It is not just the Koran that says this, as any well-informed Westerner would know from the history of the founding of Rome or who has visited Florence.  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Rape_of_the_Sabine_Women
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Loggia_dei_Lanzi#Statuary

Even the Americans acknowledged this in a well-known musical starring the late Howard Keel, in Seven Brides for Seven Brothers.

While I cannot speak for you and your associates since you are assumed to be autistic because of your communication problems, https://www.independent.co.uk/life-style/gadgets-and-tech/news/rape-day-valve-statement-steam-video-game-sexual-assault-a8811771.html suggests that gamers attempting to act out their rape fantasy in the context of playing video games in virtual reality is now more or less normalised.  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rape_fantasy

If the article at https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sciencetech/article-2865229/Raping-pillaging-Viking-conquests-like-romantic-breaks-DNA-reveals-warriors-brought-women-raiding-British-Isles.html doubts the extent to which Vikings raped and pillaged the ancient Britons, historical opinion remains that they did enough raping and pillaging to deserve their reputation.

I believe it protects the right of the parties more if institutions are regulated than for the chauvinistic and infantilised to pretend that their own soldiers could never be guilty of crimes that are universally acknowledged to be universal by informed adult men and women with any experience and knowledge of war. It is for this reason that I think slavery and prostitution should be regulated by the state in peacetime.  As for what happens in wartime, the invaded country would be at the mercy of the leaders of the invading army.  All things being equal, I imagine the inhabitants of an invaded country would suffer far less if the leader and soldiers of the invading army felt morally obliged to observe the rule in https://quran.com/4/24  than if they were allowed to do as they pleased or were only obliged to follow a rule that they knew they could in practice flout with impunity.

https://thevoiceofreason-ann.blogspot.com/2019/11/in-defence-of-ego-diks-comments-on-how.html gives an account of the history and trajectory of the conversation taking place between Conops and Ego Dik.

Judaism also has scripture dealing with the treatment of women whose men have been defeated, but you disapprove, assuming in your infantilised way that white soldiers of white Western countries would never ever do such a mean thing as rape the women of a country they have invaded.

Was My Lai just one of many massacres in Vietnam War?
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-asia-23427726

Conops is a liberal and an Islamophobe who feels threatened by Muslims and Islam as well as by any practicable solution that would require sacrifices to be made on his part. Liberalism in the 21st century means nothing more than sexual liberation from the rules of marriage and good parenting . Since he has already declared an intention never to be the father of legitimate offspring, he would understandably want to price of sex to be comfortably low for bachelors like him and for the degenerate culture of casual fornication to continue. Married sex is of course the most costly form of sex for men and gay sex the cheapest. For men who want no-strings sex, prostitution gives them an up-front price before the transaction is completed. The casual fornication that Conops prefers to continue for his benefit would pass the cost on to society and the next generation which bears the cost of unmarried motherhood and child sexual abuse. The bad parenting of illegitimate offspring casually conceived by immoral women causes degeneracy with the result that the next generation will be mostly drug-, drink- and sex-addicted mentally ill underachievers who will constitute a growing parasitic class unless the problem is addressed with the decisiveness and urgency that is required to minimise harm to society.

It saddens me that you are virtue-signalling almost as hysterically as he is. May we know when was the last time you had a relationship with a woman, Daniel?  It is my belief that a middle-aged bachelor with little experience of women because of his communication problems and autism would instinctively virtue-signal to gain the approval of women to whom he wishes to gain sexual access. In short, you would also instinctively adopt the stratagem of Conops and this seems to be borne out by your attempt to traduce me, Secular Koranism and the courageous and principled young men who have declared themselves to be Secular Koranists.  As I see it, Ego Dik was doing no more than giving virtue-signalling liberal men like Conops some well-intentioned advice to think and speak in a more masculine way to more firmly discourage foreign sexual offenders from attacking their women. Since he admits to being Canadian, he is doubtless concerned that his women would also be attacked by foreign sexual offenders his government appears to have no intention of discouraging. As I see it, he was advising liberal virtue signalling “Anglo” men to cease and desist currying favour with entitled women disposed to go on slutwalks with the intention of gaining sexual access to them. By condoning the degenerate practice of allowing scantily clad and tipsy Western women to totter the streets of Western cities on New Year’s Eve, they are only attracting potential sex offenders of both the foreign and indigenous kind to come and pick this low-hanging fruit.

It saddens me that you are have deliberately closed yourself to my repeated clarifications on this matter because you wish to discredit me and Secular Koranism which you hate and fear because of your rejectionism of the Abrahamic God. Clearly, you have suffered some childhood trauma as a consequence of your parents’ attempt to indoctrinate you with Catholicism. It has come to my notice that the alt-right is full of traumatised ex-Catholics who now reject the very idea of an Abrahamic God because of the failure of Christianity eg OV, Gandalf, Jen Scharf and of course yourself. Worse than that, they perceive Jews to have either subverted Christianity or inflicted Christianity on them.  As for Muslims, they are seen with increasing hysteria as invaders who want to behead them. It is surely time that you adopted a more measured approach to understanding why it is necessary to have a religion that maintains minimum standards of sexual morality, which is one of the Noahide laws that you also reject.

Transcript and commentary of Germaine Greer being interviewed by Mishal Husain on the subject of career rapees #MeToo

http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b09vyvt2  From 2:21

http://www.howtoacademy.com/conferences/metoo-movement-gone-too-far-debate

Mishal Husain:

The Me Too Movement has gone too far - an assertion that will be debated tonight at an event in London. The writer and feminist professor Germaine Greer will be arguing for the motion.  She has previously said in relation to Harvey Weinstein: "If you spread your legs because he said 'Be nice to me and I'll give you a job in a movie' then that is tantamount to consent and it is too late to start whingeing. She's in our radio car now. Good  morning.  In what way do you think Me Too has gone too far?

Germaine Greer:

I don't actually think it's gone too far. I don't think it's got anywhere at all. We're still in the situation where you've got a storm of allegations about Weinstein, the collapse of his business and this isn't what we need. What we need is to sort out the law regarding rape and to sort out our concept of what it is, and it is pointless now to bring up all this stuff when with most of it no action will be taken because of the statute of limitations. Why wait 20 years?

Mishal Husain:

The reason why I phrased the question that way is because you will be arguing in favour of the motion that the Me Too Movement has gone too far tonight.

Germaine Greer:

Well, that's what the public has been told. I've pleaded with John Gordon not to do that because I don't think it's gone too far and I don't think we should be debating as if we all disagree. What's clear to me is that the law regarding rape does not work and people's concept of what is rape are very confused: some people think it's a crime of violence when violence is not necessarily involved at all.

Mishal Husain:

I want to come to your views on rape in just a moment because I know you are writing a book on that subject at the moment, but let's just stick to the Me Too Movement and what we have learned from that because there is a whole range of behaviours that is being called out under that hashtag and through that movement.  What is the problem with that? Is there any problem with people calling out behaviour that is inappropriate as well as unlawful?

Germaine Greer:

I'm the person who would call it when it happened and wouldn't have been sitting around being quiet and keep a secret which wasn't even a secret when it came to Weinstein, for example. People knew about it. A wire had been used in an interview with an actress who had been with Weinstein which was in the possession of the New York Police. It is extraordinary that the industry kept quiet.

Mishal Husain:

It doesn't mean that everyone who went to see him would have been aware of the existence of a tape like that. What I'm wondering is whether you think there has been something valuable in Me Too encouraging people to do exactly what you say you have always been able to do which is make a fuss about things like that when they happen?

Germaine Greer:

Do I think it's valuable now? I'm not sure. I thought the Golden Globe's performance where everyone wore black was amazingly stagey and contrived when you've got a real situation. The Me Too name itself comes from a movement that existed from the turn of the century in the South where I think you've got something like 700,000 agricultural workers who'd been seriously sexually assaulted and it's Tarana Burke who invented the name which she then found taken and used for showbiz. There is an aspect of the whole performance which is ballyhoo and Hollywood. The whole thing about it, the whole extraordinary exposure to so many in the case of Weinstein is 84 complainants who had opportunities to speak out some of whom have been paid six figure sums in the form of non-disclosure agreements. That's a dishonourable thing to accept, and it's not something you should boast about. It also happens to be legally binding.

Mishal Husain:

But Me Too is much broader, isn't it, than those 84 accusers of one particular man. It's about women all over the world feeling that they can say things which were previously ignored or for which there were serious repercussions and it has helped them articulate and be listened to.

Germaine Greer:

Well, I hope that's the case if indeed it is. I'm not sure because what's happened in the case of Weinstein's assistant Zelda Perkins is that she was put through absolute hell when she tried to get some sort of redress, her whole life was taken over, I mean, the amount of legal muscle that will be used to defend these people is massive, and I am concerned for damage limitation rather than maximisation, rather than wrecking people's lives, so they become career rapees, as it were. We have cases which concern rather more, I might say, of what's been happening on American campuses in the last few years and now we have had the Dear Colleague Letter that made it mandatory for universities to investigate complaints of sexual abuse that has been rescinded for the very good reason that it didn't work. None of the things we are doing actually work to protect women from abuse.

https://www.dailywire.com/news/20790/betsy-devos-correct-rescind-dear-colleague-letter-elliott-hamilton

Mishal Husain:

So what are you saying will work then, what are you advocating?

Germaine Greer:

[Sardonic laugh] That's a good question. Well, I'm actually interested in what's going on, I mean, I'm interested in the fact that Sweden, for example, has a much wider spectrum on sexual abuse than the rest of Europe, but the result is that Sweden has three times the number of rape cases of any country in Europe, of 35 countries in Europe. [Reminder: the sluttier the women, the higher the number of rape complaints. We all know how infamously promiscuous Scandinavian women are too, do we not?]

https://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/europe/sweden-and-denmark-have-highest-number-of-sexual-assaults-in-europe-a6800901.html

https://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2011/jan/05/julian-assange-sex-crimes-anonymity

Mishal Husain:

Are you saying that's a good thing or a bad thing?

Germaine Greer:

Well, it's not over. We haven't got to a conclusion. We are going to have to examine the whole category of sexual abuse and we are going to have to understand what the relative gravity of these offences is, I mean, what they did on campuses in America was lighten the degree of proof that had to be alleged [Germaine Greer means lower the standard of proof] so it became "the preponderance of evidence by 51%". I don't think you can do that. You can't undermine civil liberties in order to get some sort of a conviction. It won't have any effect on the figures.

Mishal Husain:

When you said recently that "My feeling is that we should ditch rape altogether as a crime because it is hopeless," did you mean that?

Germaine Greer:

Well, I didn't mean we should make sexual assault legal. The actual crime of rape itself is a medieval survival and it deals with the stealing of a woman from her menfolk. Well, we don't even accept that concept now so now it turns on consent and that means you've got a narrative from the woman, a narrative from the man, and you've got to believe one or the other. Can you put someone away for seven years, or more, depending? The penalties for rape are huge when callous and indifferent treatment of women that is very damaging to their self-esteem is practically universal and certainly diurnal as it happens to all kinds of relationships.

Mishal Husain:

I'm still not sure what you are actually advocating as rape exists as a crime all over the world and there is a process of evidence that is undertaken in order to establish the principle of consent. What is wrong with that?

Germaine Greer:

What's wrong with it is that it doesn't work. We work out very few cases in England out of the total number of rape reports ...

Mishal Husain:

Convictions, you mean.

Germaine Greer:

... a tiny percentage of them. No, no, I mean they don't even get to court, but also rape doesn't occur in the context of court and prison - it's a part of every day life - and we have to understand the way that it works within heterosexual relationships.

Mishal Husain:

[Audibly sighing with relief at the end of this interview that she no longer has to unpick what Germaine Geeer is trying to say for the benefit of listeners or ask "How does rape work within heterosexual relationships?"] Germaine Greer, thank you very much.

Patriarchy good, matriarchy bad. K-selection good, R-selection bad.

K-selection breeds children to compete in a world of limited resources through a two-parent upbringing, defined by high sexual dimorphism, monogamy, late sexual maturation, and loyalty to the in-group (i.e. wolves). R-selection breeds children for a world of abundant resources through a single-mother upbringing, defined by low sexual dimorphism, promiscuity, early sexual maturation, and disloyalty to the tribe (i.e. rabbits).

The conflict between leftism (of which feminism is a subset) and conservatism is the conflict between r and K. K-selected individuals want a world that encourages competition and meritocracy, while r-selected individuals want a world of free resources: free food, free money, free shelter and free sex. In a K-selected world, men and girls have to compete to earn the right to mate with one another; in an r-selected world, men and girls have sex with no thought as to the consequences.

What does this have to do with feminism and rape? Simple: rape is the ultimate r-selected sexual strategy.

By its very definition, rape is an act of entitlement: forcing yourself on someone who doesn’t want to have sex with you, whom you haven’t earned the right to sleep with. Much in the same way leftists feel entitled to take other peoples’ money away through taxation and welfare, rapists feel entitled to stick their penises in girls’ vaginas. In fact, you could say that rape is an inherently leftist form of sex, which would explain why so many male feminists, such as Jian Ghomeshi and Hugo Schwyzer, enjoy assaulting and abusing girls.

Sexual assault is sexual socialism: redistributing nookie to the least privileged in society.

Feminists, being leftists, are r-strategists themselves. The purpose of feminism is to eliminate restrictions on female sexuality: allow girls to sleep around without getting pregnant, let them legally kill their unborn babies when they do get knocked up, and have it all funded by the taxpayer. From an r-strategist’s perspective, rape is a good thing, because it allows a female to have children without having to do anything, aside from breathe.

How I would argue the case if I were defence counsel for these British men accused of rape in UAE by a British woman

http://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/news/uk-world-news/british-womans-life-shattered-faces-9275697#ICID=sharebar_facebook

https://www.rt.com/uk/367378-rape-report-dubai-charity/

The woman shared a drink with the men before going to their hotel where they raped her in a "brutal and violent" manner while filming it

What was this woman doing in the hotel room of a man she has just met over drinks who was then allegedly raped by him and his friend?

Theory of Case

She must have been up for it.

While she was having consensual sexual intercourse with the second man she noticed that the the first one she was recording her.

She objected, but he did not stop recording her with his mobile.

She asked the one copulating with her to stop, but he didn't or perhaps he did.

She then wished she hadn't agreed to sex with both of them.

That would be my defence if I were defence counsel. It was just a case of regret rape.

It would only be revenge porn if they posted it online, but so far they have not, and I doubt they would risk it now.

That's how I would get them off, unless she had bruises or showed signs of having been brutally attacked. Because she did not, the UAE coppers and prosecutors put two and two together and charged her with fornication, a sexual offence in the UAE.  quran.com/24/2

Yes, it would mean that fewer women would be prepared to fornicate for fun, but that would be a good thing in the long run for men because that would bring about the return of patriarchy, and overthrow the matriarchy.

By the way, I define rape culture as "feminazis trying to prevent defence lawyers from asking the accuser obvious questions that could easily exonerate their client".

It cannot be denied that the nation which has women known to be the most promiscuous in the world has the highest number of rape complaints. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/magazine-19592372

Promiscuity is linked to mental illness. https://www.psychologytoday.com/blog/evil-deeds/201111/what-motivates-sexual-promiscuity

The mental health of a witness surely goes to his or her credibility.

Like it or not, the accuser's sexual history is logically and necessarily relevant to rape complaints because it is probative as to her character and certainly relevant to the nature of the accusation. Imagine someone accused of child sexual abuse and it was found that his computer mainly consisted of kiddy porn and a browsing history of kiddy porn websites. Are you going to say this evidence is irrelevant?

The more promiscuous a woman, the more likely she is to make false rape accusations. (This is probably because promiscuous women find themselves feeling used by men, get angry and bitter about this and are more likely to make a false rape accusation to revenge themselves on men in general.

I invite feminists to disprove this statement. I am of course not saying that a promiscuous woman can never be raped in the traditional understanding of the word eg raped by a burglar when she was just minding her own business being asleep in her own bedroom, only of the probability of her lying because of her neurosis or malice, the possibility of which must surely be considered and examined to do justice to the accused.

The evil and dementia of feminism unopposed by Peter Hitchens, Britain's foremost Conservative writer, who calls himself a feminist

Sussex Police have caused anger on social media and from anti-rape groups for publishing a poster which appears to blame victims for being attacked.

This childless 41 year old woman who now wants to be a mother and wife won't find a decent man to marry her, but she is concerned about the number of other women who will turn out like her. Not looking good for the next generation, is it?

@ClarkeMicah is Peter Hitchens, supposedly Britain's most well-known journalist promoting British Conservatism. He however has nothing to offer the youth of today. It seems he already knows the limits of his appeal (to elderly men and women who have failed to pass on their Conservative values to their offspring assuming they have even bothered to have any) and is only waiting for death, while being relentlessly negative about every development that could be construed as positive. He won't support UKIP, the leave EU campaign nor will he write in positive terms about Donald Trump. What is he trying to do? Demoralise social conservatives, turn them into Muslims so they join ISIS in despair at his political nihilism? Who knows, but he is currently top dog of British Conservatism in the pay of the Daily Mail, who are too risk-averse to hire me instead.

Professor Phil Rumney refuses to discuss rape jokes or academic freedom with me

http://people.uwe.ac.uk/Pages/person.aspx?accountname=campus%5Cp-rumney

Outside of work, I am a passionate fan of boxing and getting on with life after a double organ transplant in April 2013.

Why did Professor Rumney feel the need to tell us about his double organ transplant? So we go easy on him when he refuses to discuss important issues with us? Can one be a "passionate fan" of boxing without being a boxer yourself? If he is actually a boxer, then it would appear that his double organ transplant is not getting in his way of getting on with his life too much. It is rather clever of him to appear to be both macho and in need of nursing. Perhaps he is single and looking for a female partner who is also a nurse? Can one have testicle transplants?

Which is worse? To be raped by a rapist without a condom or with a condom?

'I had no proof to show he had done it to me. There was no DNA because he had used a condom,' Ms Berry said.

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3537650/Bendigo-woman-shares-photos-horrific-bruising-Plenty-Fish-date-attacked-raped-her.html

Which is worse?

  • To be raped by a rapist without a condom
  • To be raped by a rapist with a condom

Both are problematic.

Being raped by a rapist without a condom increases the risk of unwanted pregnancy and an STI.

However, being raped by a rapist with a condom increases the risk of being asked such questions as:

  1. What were you doing when your rapist was putting on his condom?
  2. Were you just lying around waiting to be raped?
  3. If you were just lying around waiting to be raped, you couldn't have objected that much to being raped, could you?
  4. Could it be said that you did not do all you reasonably could to avoid being raped, such as not lie around while waiting to be raped?
  5. Would a woman genuinely distressed at being raped take selfies of herself afterwards looking faintly wistful and then post it on Facebook?
  6. Have you ever enjoyed rough sex?
  7. If you were looking for "a bit of rough" would you be looking for that from a "tradie"?
  8. How many years have you been on Plenty of Fish?
  9. How many times would you say have had rough sex with men you met on Plenty of Fish?
  10. How many times have you been dead drunk with strange men you have invited into your home?
  11. Would you say you enjoy the sensation of being drunk while strange men you have just met have rough sex with you?
  12. When your alleged rapist was putting on his condom, do you think he was doing it more to protect himself from catching an STI, or to protect you from unwanted pregnancy?
  13. Were you thinking of this song when you took selfies of yourself looking wistful?

How extremes meet: what Roosh the PUA proposes resembles khalwa ie sharia law

Roosh's tips on how to approach girls at bars

http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/roosh-v-make-rape-legal-5193802

"If rape becomes legal under my proposal, a girl will protect her body in the same manner that she protects her purse and smartphone.

"If rape becomes legal, a girl will not enter an impaired state of mind where she can't resist being dragged off to a bedroom with a man who she is unsure of—she'll scream, yell, or kick at his attempt while bystanders are still around.

"If rape becomes legal, she will never be unchaperoned with a man she doesn't want to sleep with."

He goes on to claim that after several months of advertising the law, rape would be "virtually eliminated".

Roosh has been horribly demonised by http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3427647/The-seedy-code-followers-pro-rape-pick-artist-Daryush-Valizadeh-known-Roosh-V-use-accepted-Australian-meetings.html and other media who have been portraying him, unjustly, as being an advocate of rape, when what he has been doing is to suggest ways in which rape could be prevented.

Indeed, his suggestions are in line with a branch of Islamic law called khalwa.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Khalwa

In Malaysia, Muslims who are unmarried non-relatives of the opposite sex can be apprehended by state religious police under the offence of khalwat for being in "close proximity".

197 students caught for khalwat in schools

How to dramatically lower the number of rape complaints without changing the law

Translation from Malay: A pair caught naked together. Man's voice: "What are you two doing? Not married, hmmh? Not married?"

"Oh you naughty man! I couldn't possibly spend the night in a double bed in your hotel bedroom, even if we are both wearing pyjamas! People will talk! I demand that you do the gentlemanly thing and book me my own room in which I can pass the night with my reputation intact. I do hope and trust that you are indeed a gentleman?"

How to dramatically lower the number of rape complaints without changing the law

When is consent not consent?

Will the comment below at http://barristerblogger.com/2015/12/17/the-law-on-transsexual-sex-has-lost-touch-with-humanity-and-common-sense/#more-1641 be displayed by Matthew Scott?

If extramarital sex were treated as sexual offences, we wouldn’t have any of this nonsense, though this smacks of sharia law. But needs must, and we cannot continue to have the court system clogged up with complaints being made by mentally ill men who want to be women, nor must we continue rewarding lying promiscuous women who make false rape accusations because they have been financially incentivised at £11,000 a pop.

Sweden has the highest rate of rape in Europe, with the UN reporting 69 rape cases per 100,000 inhabitants in 2011, according to author and advocate of power feminism Naomi Wolf on opinion website Project Syndicate.

http://quran.com/24/2

Miss de Freitas took her own life. She appears to have accused Mr Economou of drugging and raping her – two weeks after it never happened – out of revenge. Being if not an alpha male then relatively young, articulate, charismatic, handsome, and most of all rich, he would be a catch for any young woman. By the same token she was young, stunningly attractive, and, he says, great company. They met through a mutual friend, and would have made the perfect couple, but after she began throwing money around like confetti he became curious about not only her mental state but her source of income. She was clearly working in what is known generically as the sex industry, and he suspected she was a prostitute, not the type of girl he felt he could take home to meet mother, so he ended their relationship basically after a one-night stand.
