Here is more information on the 1992 Wolfowitz Doctrine-reflecting in the conflicts existing now http://t.co/zo62RiZCUO

@caroldn Which rules are more likely to discourage war? http://t.co/uDGn27MswV
— Claire Khaw (@ntfem) February 13, 2015
@ntfem moot point again, people act, then construct the reasoning/rule creation on the fly.
— Carol Dunn (@caroldn) February 13, 2015
@ntfem W. doctrine, and all other 'Primacy first' strategies definitely set up a need for perpetual 'crafting' w sets up perpetual conflict
— Carol Dunn (@caroldn) February 13, 2015
@caroldn The previous version was the Domino Theory, and the one before that was the Monroe Doctrine. Time to retry American Isolationism?
— Claire Khaw (@ntfem) February 13, 2015
@ntfem Not possible though--I think the US is the number 1 trade partner for some 30+ countries--we back away, they wither
— Carol Dunn (@caroldn) February 13, 2015
@caroldn I think the world can do without America for a bit. Why don't you give it a try? Might make you more popular.
— Claire Khaw (@ntfem) February 13, 2015
@ntfem LOL, I don't mind unpopularity.
— Carol Dunn (@caroldn) February 13, 2015
@caroldn I see that you are a proponent of the Wolfowitz Doctrine.
— Claire Khaw (@ntfem) February 13, 2015
@ntfem Uh, no. That's what I'm talking about, you have jumped in out of context based on a word search.
— Carol Dunn (@caroldn) February 13, 2015
@caroldn What are you talking about then?
— Claire Khaw (@ntfem) February 13, 2015
@caroldn I think you should take that cheesy smile out of your face.
— Claire Khaw (@ntfem) February 13, 2015
@ntfem your obsession: Wolfowitz Doctrine. I like my cheesy smile. Cheese is the best.
— Carol Dunn (@caroldn) February 13, 2015
@ntfem I am just hoping for a shift to openly discussing the shift to US policy to say 'freedom to act' in any country as=national security
— Carol Dunn (@caroldn) February 13, 2015
@caroldn What?
— Claire Khaw (@ntfem) February 13, 2015
@ntfem we are each coming at the same topic from the vantage of different obsessions.
— Carol Dunn (@caroldn) February 13, 2015
@ntfem Hey, we don't know each other, and we aren't going to know each other soon. We also don't see eye to eye, so let's stop now.
— Carol Dunn (@caroldn) February 13, 2015
@caroldn What is your obsession?
— Claire Khaw (@ntfem) February 13, 2015
@ntfem mine is that there was a shift in US policy, starting around WD but continuing with Clinton's 'from containment to expansion'...
— Carol Dunn (@caroldn) February 13, 2015
@caroldn "WD"?
— Claire Khaw (@ntfem) February 13, 2015
@ntfem your obsession: Wolfowitz Doctrine. I like my cheesy smile. Cheese is the best.

@ntfem mine is that there was a shift in US policy, starting around WD but continuing with Clinton's 'from containment to expansion'...
— Carol Dunn (@caroldn) February 13, 2015
@ntfem ...that has led the US to base 'maintaining primacy' as it's top goal--& so current conflicts are the byproduct of that shift.
— Carol Dunn (@caroldn) February 13, 2015
@ntfem ...so, Ukraine, in 93 US decided weaning Ukraine from Russia would protect US primacy, so today's surreality=end game of that plan
— Carol Dunn (@caroldn) February 13, 2015
@caroldn I wonder if I will get a straight answer from you.
— Claire Khaw (@ntfem) February 13, 2015
@ntfem No, and you've had straight answers from me from the start, it's just you decided based on an out of context tweet what was what
— Carol Dunn (@caroldn) February 13, 2015
@ntfem ....the lack of 'straight' answers is just my responses not fitting your mental picture of what you assume I think, etc.
— Carol Dunn (@caroldn) February 13, 2015
@caroldn I am bemused by your delusion that you think that the world cannot do without America. Perhaps you share the same self-importance?
— Claire Khaw (@ntfem) February 13, 2015
@ntfem you do realize you are tweeting out of context. I know it feels good, but it isn't actually linked to actual perspectives, etc.
— Carol Dunn (@caroldn) February 13, 2015
@caroldn What is the context?
— Claire Khaw (@ntfem) February 13, 2015
@ntfem No, and you've had straight answers from me from the start, it's just you decided based on an out of context tweet what was what

@caroldn Do you approve of the Wolfowitz Doctrine?
— Claire Khaw (@ntfem) February 13, 2015
@caroldn I am bemused by your delusion that you think that the world cannot do without America. Perhaps you share the same self-importance?
— Claire Khaw (@ntfem) February 13, 2015
@ntfem OK, this was fun. Bye.
— Carol Dunn (@caroldn) February 13, 2015
@caroldn I wonder why you are being so unenlightening and incoherent.
— Claire Khaw (@ntfem) February 13, 2015
@caroldn All you had to do was answer YES or NO, but you couldn't. Oddly neurotic.
— Claire Khaw (@ntfem) February 13, 2015
@caroldn You approve of the Wolfowitz Doctrine but are now too ashamed to confirm this unambiguously?
— Claire Khaw (@ntfem) February 13, 2015
@caroldn You think the Wolfowitz Doctrine is a kind DUTY for the USA? I wonder what grade and category of delusion it could be called.
— Claire Khaw (@ntfem) February 13, 2015
Is this woman's ignorance, arrogance, cowardice, mendacity and incoherence personified in one big cheesy smile you would really really really like to wipe off good and hard?These Yanks like their cute little ideas, eg the Domino Theory. The most laughably arrogant example was Francis FuckYourMamma's End of History.
These fuckers really really believe in it too, The Wolfowitz Doctrine has historical precedent which is something along the lines of "The strong do what they will, and the weak suffer as they must", or, if you prefer, "We will fuck with you and fuck with you and fuck with you cos we can, until you stop us."
