This is such an excellent idea! 

I would suggest we go further and have Terrorist Safe Spaces so people contemplating committing acts of terrorism because they are convinced that their government is evil, insane or are really "pod people" can be soothed by trained politicians and psychiatrists.  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Invasion_of_the_Body_Snatchers

The apprehension that we are being governed by imbeciles, lunatics and knaves or just incompetent women promoted beyond their ability is not confined only to Muslims, I'm sure. Remember, not all terrorists are Muslims. Some terrorists are Islamophobes and nationalists eg Anders Breivik, Thomas Mair.

Tucker Carlson should think again and invite Ann Coulter to discuss this.
