What a shame William Collins is not prepared to engage with me on this. I posted a comment on his blog which was not published, and I noticed that the next comment I posted has been rejected as spam. You will never get anywhere with this kind of censorship, William.  I am only offering a way of restoring the patriarchy but it seems you are unable to participate in the free exchange of ideas to even tell me why you reject my solution when you have none better.
