The cost of asking male Eurosceptics if they would be more likely to vote UKIP if I were a prominent member

We can look at different possible options for producing a survey such as this and the cost is likely to start at around £15,000 (+VAT).

I have met Peter Kelner a number of times, but he probably won't remember me.  I do remember saying to him that I thought it was rather low of him to invite people to gamble with the points they earned on prizes they might never get.
