Basic Psychology: Give positive incentives - eg. homes, benefits, money, judicial gender advantages etc - to get people to act in a certain way. Give negative incentives - slavery, divorce asset stripping, DV laws, child alienation etc in another way. Bingo! Social and Family disintegration. Too structured to be of coincidence.
