Sara Pascoe says rape shouldn't be off limits as joke material https://t.co/mc6COEzpPP— Prof. Phil Rumney (@phil_rumney) May 2, 2016
@phil_rumney If you can joke about assault and murder, why not rape?— Claire Khaw (@Patriarchalist) May 2, 2016
@phil_rumney Oh, right. Because rape only happens to women, women must not be offended, or they'll cry and accuse *you* of rape. Gotcha.— Claire Khaw (@Patriarchalist) May 2, 2016
@phil_rumney Men can get round the problem of offending women by telling rape jokes only to other men, but do men have a safe space?— Claire Khaw (@Patriarchalist) May 2, 2016
@phil_rumney Men probably unknowingly offend each other by telling adultery jokes, but they don't whinge about being offended, do they?— Claire Khaw (@Patriarchalist) May 2, 2016
@phil_rumney If women are so different they make men restrict the exercise of their right to free speech, should they be considered equal?— Claire Khaw (@Patriarchalist) May 2, 2016
@phil_rumney What is more important? a) Free speech b) Not offending easily offended women who are looking for things to be offended about— Claire Khaw (@Patriarchalist) May 2, 2016
@phil_rumney Why are men giving up their right to free speech because they are afraid of feminazis? Why are they afraid of feminazis?— Claire Khaw (@Patriarchalist) May 2, 2016
@phil_rumney Jews adopt a feminine stratagem by claiming offence and hurt feelings. This means the offender must be a monster and punished.— Claire Khaw (@Patriarchalist) May 2, 2016
@phil_rumney How much have women in academia restricted free speech and academic freedom? Why do men put up with it?— Claire Khaw (@Patriarchalist) May 2, 2016
@phil_rumney Decades of "progressive" emasculation, indoctrination, wimpy/absent fathers, cowardice and coeducation. https://t.co/f475YW4Wht— Claire Khaw (@Patriarchalist) May 2, 2016

Outside of work, I am a passionate fan of boxing and getting on with life after a double organ transplant in April 2013.
Why did Professor Rumney feel the need to tell us about his double organ transplant? So we go easy on him when he refuses to discuss important issues with us? Can one be a "passionate fan" of boxing without being a boxer yourself? If he is actually a boxer, then it would appear that his double organ transplant is not getting in his way of getting on with his life too much. It is rather clever of him to appear to be both macho and in need of nursing. Perhaps he is single and looking for a female partner who is also a nurse? Can one have testicle transplants?
