"may be considered grossly offensive, indecent, obscene or false"

Communications which do not fall into any of the categories above fall to be considered separately i.e. those which may be considered grossly offensive, indecent, obscene or false.

 "May be ... considered false"?

A statement is either is false or it isn't. Or do they mean it may be considered false by those who disagree with its implications such as the government and the Deep State?

Do we get a jury trial if we are arrested for this, or will we be automatically put before a female judge who will consider whatever we say against feminism and its degenerate consequences to be indecent, obscene or false, however much you and your defence lawyer try to reason with her?
