THE VOICE OF REASON
Solon, (born c. 630 BCE—died c. 560 BCE), Athenian statesman, known as one of the Seven Wise Men of Greece (the others were Chilon of Sparta, Thales of Miletus, Bias of Priene, Cleobulus of Lindos, Pittacus of Mytilene, and Periander of Corinth). Solon ended exclusive aristocratic control of the government, substituted a system of control by the wealthy, and introduced a new and more humane law code. He was also a noted poet.

I suggest to Hizb ut-Tahrir how they might go about finding a Caliph to govern us all
1:17:00 A Caliph for a Caliphate
If you want a Caliph, why don't you organise a Caliphate Contest so anyone who wants to become the Caliph can throw his hat into the ring? Then every Sunday you could talk about the leadership qualities needed for a Caliph and think of ways of testing his suitability as a Caliphatic candidate. I have in mind Candid Caliphatic Camera situations where the candidates' Islamic principles will be tested after all sorts of temptations are put in their way. You could film it and then show it to us here. It will be fun!
Dr Abdul Wahid went to the same school as Clive of India!
I am sure that very nice Dr Abdul Wahid as Caliph would be very reassuring indeed to British men, women and children alike.
That nice Dr Abdul Wahid explains how the Caliphate would work under a rightly-guided alpha male leader.
