A national government is really a polite term for a one-party state, and a proper de jure one-party state would allow party members to work together better.

FIRST UNDERTAKING

The Conservative Party can go and get itself some principles. If they are having difficulty formulating any, I propose the following:

I dedicate my legal action to Lord Rennard - the worst-treated party activist in British history - who has been in his party for 40 years and joined as an adolescent.  It is now being proposed that he be expelled to satisfy the implacable demands of a bunch of malicious women if he does not apologise and leave himself open to legal action.  It would probably be kinder to assassinate him with an ice pick, methinks.

Who should be the next LibDem leader after Nick Clegg is expelled for bringing the party into disrepute?

I like that Simon Hughes, who is at least legally-trained and will know what I am on about when I propose electoral reform.

I remember him to be a terribly nice chap when he interviewed me as his potential parliamentary secretary, years ago. The silly LibDems didn't choose him because he was neither handsome nor charismatic, but he would have been a safe pair of hands and would never have allowed the LibDem shit to hit the fan in such a spectacularly excremental fashion.

Very sensibly, he has refrained from taking sides in the Lord Rennard affair, which shows a degree of character and old-fashioned mental discipline.

We also know he cannot be pussywhipped by his wife, being gay and all.

A game show called Political X Factor on Saturday evening prime time with the winner being voted by SMS would have the nation transfixed and agog with expectation and excitement.

That would be much more fun than debating the merits and demerits of AV, PR, FTPT etc.  It is not the method of electing our leaders that is crap.  It is the policies of the oligarchy that are crap.

This is so because all the parties have crap constitutions that do not protect the rights of their members or properly define what ought to be the state ideology.

Only I know the secret of a decent constitution and my bargain with the British people would be that I would implement the changes that I regard are necessary and then retire from politics after a year, having put in place a political and legal system that can do without me after it is established.  

There is something for everyone - and by this I mean the governed and the governing establishment, I do assure you.  Just hear me out.   

Eurosceptic parties and electoral reform

What a shame BNP and UKIP have not been able to suggest anything sensible as regards electoral reform when it is so clearly the electoral system that disadvantages them.

If only I could lead one or other of these parties, everything would be quickly sorted.  But British politics is never that rational and simple, is it?

My ideas are laughably simple:

1. direct democracy AKA government by referenda
2. a narrower franchise of taxpayer-only voters under the rule of No Representation Without Taxation to disenfranchise single mothers who are a burden on the state and any unproductive and unemployable offspring they produce
3. a one-party state with a party constitution that protects the free speech of its members - which means that members can criticise the leadership without being demoted, suspended, or expelled from the party

Parents should have the right of life or death over their children until they have reached the age of majority. If someone kills his or her children it is none of our business. We won't ask them to babysit our children, that's all. This would make children show proper respect to their parents, and this would make people want to have children again, easing the labour shortage. A falling population is always a sign of civilisational decline. Let us at least attempt to reverse this.

9. Abolish student loans, reintroduce scholarships, but only for real subjects. No sports studies, sociology, academic philosophy and crap like that.

10. Dismantle most of the NHS and privatise the rest.

PHASE 1
Cut all expensive and ineffective medical treatments for people over retirement age with no dependents.

PHASE 2
Cut all expensive but effective medical treatments for people over retirement age with no dependents.

PHASE 3
Cut even cheap and effective medical treatments for people who are unlikely to have dependents and who have a proven record of criminality and unemployability, eg Down's Syndrome and other forms of mental disability, drug-addicts, criminals, long-tern unemployed.

They can always go private, go to a charity hospital or into a hospice.

We're all gonna die anyway.

THINGS THE GOVERNMENT SHOULD SPEND MONEY ON:

1. Reintroduce public executions.

2. Reintroduce public floggings.

3. Reintroduce fault in divorce.

4. Establish soup kitchens so that no one actually starves.

5. Establish Labour Exchange Centres, ie provide a FREE service locally and nationally that puts someone who wants a job in touch with someone who wants a job done.

6. Make bastardy a disgrace.

7. Introduce of a system of charity broking so that someone with spare dosh can give to someone in need of it, a bit like Eye Need. http://www.eyeadvertise.co.uk/

8. Establish local and national marriage bureaux to encourage marriage.

9. Establish a system of Marital Relationship Management. Under this system all couples will have to appoint a mutually agreed Friend of the Marriage (a mutual friend before the marriage would be ideal) to whom they can complain about each other. This Friend of the Marriage will make a record of events and opinions, as well as make helpful and conciliatory suggestions so that the couple stay married. However, if this is impossible, a record of fault can be established and be taken into account in any divorce settlement. In the event of uxoricide or homicidal widowhood, the court should have a ready-prepared record of the marriage within which may contain evidence of motive as well as a history of violence.

10. Establish a single party state. This means all MPs would be deemed to be a member of only one party, ie the Party of National Interest, which will have a Party Rule Book applicable to all. These rules will protect the rights of individual members from the leader and his cronies and certainly their right to privacy, property, position in the party and free speech. All party whips will be retired. All MPs will have a residential connection to the constituency they represent, and never be parachuted in by the party. All MPs will be subjected to annual elections just like CEOs and other directors at a shareholders' AGM.

13. Citizens' militias will be established so that they can be called up to keep order. If the CHAVs, NEETs, and single mum sluts, slags and slappers and their feral offspring get restive, the locals who know who they are and where they live will sort them out.

15. Reintroduce slavery to ease any possible labour shortages and to make use of the labour of bankrupts and convicted criminals. (A maximum 5 year term of slavery should not be exceeded to protect their yumanrites.)

16. Reintroduce orphanages so those inclined to adopt can see which are the most loveable and youngest ones, without faffing around for 3 years with the Adoption Agency only to be given an emotionally-damaged and disruptive child.

17. Establish Homes for Fallen Women and their Illegitimate Children if these single mothers will not give up their babies to orphanages.

Electoral Reform

You know it is absolutely necessary when you have UKIP asking its supporters to vote LibDem, and when Labour asks you to vote LibDem to keep the Tories out.

I have a few suggestions.

1. Abolish the party whip.

2. Abolish all the other parties.

3. Have only one party called the Party of National Interest

4. Make every vote a free vote.

5. The Party itself will field different candidates to contest seats.
