Robert Plomin is denounced by the left and feminists who hate his ideas

http://new.spectator.co.uk/2013/07/sorry-but-intelligence-really-is-in-the-genes/

I predict feminists will have fits of the vapours over this and denounce Robert Plomin for his "dangerous ideas", especially if they are sluts, Slut Single Mothers with variously fathered bastards like Suzanne Moore. All sluts are by definition stupid, and all men who refuse to denounced sluts are MCSFs - Morally Compromised Slut Fuckers. That would be the majority of voters in the West, which is now dying a well-deserved death. This is because sluts make less rational reproductive decisions than lower animals. Western governments knowing this, but refusing to correct this, demonstrates conclusively that neither feminism nor democracy is morally or intellectually defensible.

Should I sue Suzanne Moore for defamation?

In her defence, I would like her to cut and paste words that I have said that fulfills the conditions of my saying disabled children should die.

She also seems to think that I think single mothers should be convicted.  Convicted of what?

I am already suing the Conservative Party, so why not Suzanne Moore?

A Jewish mother is what Nigella and Charles Saatchi need

friends say the couple appeared relaxed and normal in the days following the argument at Scott’s restaurant, even holding two dinner parties for family and friends at their London home.

http://www.standard.co.uk/news/celebritynews/charles-saatchi-taking-caution-for-holding-nigellas-throat-was-better-than-it-hanging-over-all-of-us-8663235.html

if it's a 'playful tiff', what does a serious one look like?
http://www.guardian.co.uk/commentisfree/2013/jun/17/nigella-lawson-pictures

Whatever it is, Sooze, it is up to Nigella to decide to press charges, or not, as the case may be.

"Although Nigella made no complaint, I volunteered to go to Charing Cross station and take a police caution after a discussion with my lawyer because I thought it was better than the alternative of this hanging over all of us for months."

http://news.sky.com/story/1104943/saatchi-nigella-lawson-caution-was-best

Crikey. Charles Saatchi was in fact legally advised. Why on earth did he think the photos would go away after he took the caution????? They will be there to haunt him FOREVER!!!!

What is happening, even to supposedly clever rich Jewish people whom you think ought to know better?

I may be no Jewish mamma, but if Nigella were my daughter I would have sent her straight back to her husband to stand by him.  Even if she did intend to divorce him later, she should just stand by him for now to show herself to be a supportive wife doing her best to show solidarity with her husband.

If 70 year old Charles were my son and I was still in the land of the living with all my marbles in my head and not rolling all over the floor, I would have

(1)  told him not to take the caution and wait to see if his wife would pursue charges
(2)  made a discreet call to her dad Nigel to see if he did not agree with me that it would be a good thing if both our children stayed married to each other, on the whole, in the name of Jewish solidarity and all that.

Sorted.

Instead of being divorced by the media and public opinion.  Damn it, even if I were minded to divorce my husband, I would have stayed with him just to spite that SSM Suzanne Moore, Enemy of the British People ...

Ain't that sweet?  Charles and Nigella in happier times.

If Nigella really doesn't want him any more then I suppose I could step in at a pinch, trained in the martial arts as I am.

"a forceful Jewish woman who tries to control her life and the events around her", who is "intelligent, articulate, and aggressive", who does not passively accept life but tries to shape events, friends, and families, to match their visions of an ideal world.

Suzanne Moore makes libellous and threatening comments about me

Suzanne Moore is tweeting about me at http://twitter.com/suzanne_moore

Clare Khaw thrown out of BNP for being too extreme, thinks disabled children should die and single mothers be convicted. Not a happy bunny
1:20 AM-26 Sep 12

I was expelled for saying what I said http://thevoiceofreason-ann.blogspot.co.uk/2011/07/transcript-of-what-i-said-on-victoria.html even though I never represented myself as a member of the party.

At no point did I say that "disabled children should die".

What I meant to say, but never was given the chance to say it, was that parents of disabled unviable unwanted babies should be given the option of disposing of them without getting into trouble with the law.

Turns up events photographing and documenting her enemies. She needs to be careful as she incites violence. Thats all for now.
1:22 AM - 26 Sep 12

I had every right to turn up at the Orwell Prize Award since I had entered my blogs for the prize.  Evidence of this is at http://theorwellprize.co.uk/the-orwell-prize/how-to-enter/entries-2012/blog-prize-2012/

Actually, I have whinged loud and often about the injustice of that Prize and the bias of the liberal establishment ad nauseam at http://thevoiceofreason-ann.blogspot.co.uk/search?q=Orwell+Prize+2012

I have not to my knowledge incited violence, though it is possible that she Suzanne wishes to be violent towards me.

@NickCohen4 she poses occasionally in some Nazi hardware. But no match for you . Take her out.
1:24 AM - 26 Sep 12
http://thevoiceofreason-ann.blogspot.co.uk/2012/04/httpwww.html has all the gun and flag photos as well as photos of me.  I posed in solidarity with David Jones who was being given a hard time by The Star at http://www.dailystar.co.uk/posts/view/245986/Use-your-vote-and-don-t-end-up-with-a-Nazi-surprise-/ when he was running his last election campaign and to draw the attention of nationalists to myself.  It worked a treat and they all know who I am now.

Exactly why I did so is explained in full at http://thevoiceofreason-ann.blogspot.co.uk/2012/04/protest-against-liberal-extremism-by.html

It is unlikely that Suzanne meant for Nick Cohen to take me out on a date.   http://www.thefreedictionary.com/take+out

It is more likely that she wants me to be "whacked".   So, dear Reader, if anything should happen to me, the police will have a good idea who dunnit and who put Nick Cohen up to it.

For an enemy of the people I am doing just fine. But just letting you know you dont need to tell me about it. Been years of it X

Suzanne Moore - feminist, socialist and SSM - an Enemy of the People?

Suzanne Moore the feminist, socialist and SSM

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Suzanne_Moore

https://www.facebook.com/pages/Stigmatise-SSMs-Slut-Single-Mothers/220271251432495

This woman has three daughters by three fathers and never married any of them.

There are Reds under the bed, and there are Reds on your bed ...

The enemy within is invisible and unacknowledged.

Nietzsche:

"All truths that are kept silent become poisonous."

If you cannot subvert a society through open revolution, you use their women as agents of subversion.  If this works, you will have their society run for the benefit of the most feckless, most stupid and most immoral of their  women - the SSM - as well as their variously-fathered feral bastards.

http://thebattlefieldoflove.blogspot.co.uk/2009/11/3-degrees-of-culpability-in-single.html explains my categories of unmarried mothers of whom the SSM is the most morally culpable.

Did you know that most babies born in Britain are now bastards?

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/2285670/Most-children-of-British-mothers-born-out-of-wedlock.html

Women like her - feminists - spread illegitimacy like a muck spreader spreads muck.

A muck spreader spreading muck the way feminism spreads widespread illegitimacy

Is there a reason why we should tolerate widespread illegitimacy just because women like her tell us we must tolerate sluts and bastards in the name of liberalism, Free Love and indiscriminate tolerance and compassion of all that is harmful to society?

What have women like her done to for the morals of this nation except to make it acceptable for sluts and bastards to be tolerated?

What is fornicatress but a slut?

The difference between a slut and an SSM is the difference between a suspected criminal and a convicted criminal.   Suzanne Moore has been convicted three times.

If this country were Muslim she would incur a total of 300 lashes: 100 for each illegitimate offspring.

You may think this sounds unduly harsh, but it is probably the only language the stupid and the sluttish understand.

Sadly, however, in Paedo Bastard Britain Slutland, the Land of Compulsory Fornication, this is what passes for normal and acceptable.

Where do you think all our social problems and crime come from?

Is it now finally time to tell feminism to fuck off?

Still annoyed about Orwell Prize Award

The one thing that I failed to articulate about my disappointment about the anonymous blogger called, very drearily, "Rangers Tax Case"~ at http://rangerstaxcase.wordpress.com/ is that the imbecilic judges of the Orwell Prize do not get it that investigative journalism is not political writing, and Rangers Tax Case certainly did not succeed in turning political writing into an art.

I really could not bring myself to care about Scottish football, even after several attempts to read his deadly prose.

Not only is The Orwell Prize corrupt - in the sense that they excluded me solely on the grounds that my views are not by any description Left Liberal (which is what you have to be to be part of the political establishment that runs the Orwell Prize), they do not seem to understand at any level that investigative journalism is not political writing.

Political writing is persuasion, propaganda and the vivid illustration of the points you are trying to make, to the extent that the people who say they are not interested in politics sit up and take notice in spite of themselves.

Furthermore, you make the people whose views are diametrically opposed to yours aware of you and flee from you without daring to engage.

Suzanne Moore runs an online campaign to get her friends to block me on Twitter.

Even the infamously aggressive Lisa Ansell blocked me on Twitter without even once engaging.  http://defytheeconomy.wordpress.com/

Sadly, the standards of behaviour, education and morality of the political establishment is now so hopelessly retarded after so many decades of matriarchal rule that even the people who ought to understand what I am saying - ie Suzanne Moore and Hopi Sen and all the people who run the Orwell Prize - either do not, or pretend not to.

O tempora!  O mores!

What should by rights be MINE if only this country were being properly run

The Cassandra Prize of Political Writing

Since the Orwell Prize is now just a cabal of the Left Liberal establishment that falsely claims to represent the nation's political writing, I propose that the Patriarchal Right set up an alternative prize against the Demented Matriarchal Left.

When I am rich and famous I will set up The Cassandra Prize for Political Writing.  It will have express purpose of going against the current political orthodoxy, whatever it is, and will be known for the honourable impartiality of its judges rather than the dishonourable and blatant bias of the current judges for blogging, especially Suzanne Moore the Feminist and Socialist who has Labour Party connections together with the other blog judge Hopi Sen.

Can you believe it??

Only in apathetic and dumbed down Britain does nobody care about that  bunch of smug arrogant shits censoring political discourse like they have a God-given right to do so.

I actually told a whole bunch of journalists about it, but they didn't give a shit either, probably because they were hoping to win the Orwell Prize themselves one day, the cowardly shits.

Anyone who wants to complain about it should write to

Judicial Review of The Orwell Prize being considered

It appears that the Orwell Prize is the only prize for political writing in the UK.

It is certainly the case that the way they have awarded their prizes in the past has a proven track record of Left Liberal bias which they do not even bother to deny.

This year, they have two judges for blogging, both of whom have Labour Party connections viz Suzanne Moore and Hopi Sen.

I duly protested but my objections were brushed aside contemptuously.  Suzanne Moore's attitude was "People like us can do this to people like you.  It is a given."  The arrogance and presumption is breathtaking, but there you are - this is how an established member of the liberal feminist matriarchy behaves and thinks.

I would like to explore therefore the possibility of applying for judicial review.

Is the Orwell Prize a public body?

Not obviously because it was established privately but has the sponsorship of a registered charity - the Media Standards Trust.  http://theorwellprize.co.uk/the-orwell-prize/sponsors/

But it is the only organisation in the land awarding prizes for political writing.  There ain't no other.

It is a charity that serves a public purpose viz:

"The Media Standards Trust is an independent registered charity which aims to foster high standards in news media on behalf of the public. We’re a ‘think-and-do-tank’, conducting research on important media issues but also running projects to promote quality, transparency and accountability in news.

We believe high standards of news and information are critical to the health of our democratic society."

There is no denying however that it serves a public purpose in the expression of political thought through political writing, but it has taken upon itself the role of a public censor by a biased tribunal. Labour Party supporters do not pride themselves on dealing fairly and justly with people in the nationalist movement.  Indeed, they make a policy of treating us like a sub-human scum and are proud of this fact.

I am not saying that no obviously "right-wing" journalists are ever been awarded a prize, but the blogging prize is the only one that allows new talent to come forward.  People who regularly read "right-wing" writers such as Simon Heffer and Peter Hitchens would rightly demand why their favourite "right-wing" journalist is never awarded a prize when only the Guardianistas and the Observeritas are, and the Orwell Prize would have to shuffle their feet uneasily.

However, being relatively unknown, I do not have enough readers and supporters in a position to vociferously question the award of the Prize to a series of obviously rather dull Left Liberal bloggers rather than to radical right revolutionary me.

It is new talent that needs to be showcased here and I would argue that it is even more important that the blog prize judges be seen to be impartial.

Suzanne Moore is the opposite of impartial since she has run several online campaigns to get people to block me from following me on Twitter.   There may have been other online campaigns that she has run that I am not aware of.

Since it is clearly a problem that political thought has deteriorated in quality and narrowed in range, it is now even all the more important that the invalid that is Free Speech is nursed back into robust health again in this country.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Judicial_review_in_English_Law#Grounds_for_review

Below are most of the grounds that I think may apply in this case:

Ignoring relevant considerations or taking irrelevant considerations into account

Suzanne Moore clearly thought she had the right to exclude me on the grounds that I was once the Election Agent for the BNP.

I wrote informing the Council Members of the Orwell Trust but they all ignored me.

Irrationality

It was clearly irrational of her to think she had the right to exclude me on the grounds that I was once Election Agent for the BNP.

Breach of natural justice

The fact that both blog prize judges had Labour Party connections meant that The rule against bias has been clearly breached.  There was clearly actual and imputed bias in this case since both judges had Labour Party connections and it is well-known that the Reds in the Labour Party feel a venomous hatred towards anyone with a different view to them.  While Hopi Sen took care not to show overt hostility, Suzanne Moore did no such thing.

Suzanne Moore is an unmarried mother and it would have offended her to be classified as an SSM at http://thebattlefieldoflove.blogspot.co.uk/2009/11/3-degrees-of-culpability-in-single.html and to read my anti-feminist views.

She may not have liked my idea of fielding a BNP candidate in North Hackney & Stoke Newington either in the last General Election, when she was standing.

http://thevoiceofreason-ann.blogspot.co.uk/2010/04/should-bnp-stand-in-hackney-north-stoke.html

It is my view that the BNP would easily have got more votes than she received (a derisory 258 votes), even in her own constituency, and that is why she now LOATHES me with a seething, burning, boiling passion.   Too bad then that the BNP did not have the guts to do it and opted for where they knew they would get more votes but less publicity, because they wanted to play safe.

http://theorwellprize.co.uk/the-orwell-prize/how-to-enter/values/

the Prize’s ambition [is] to encourage political argument and enthuse the public about politics and political writing"

"‘to encourage writing in good English – while giving equal value to style and content, politics or public policy, whether political, economic, social or cultural – of a kind aimed at or accessible to the reading public, not to specialist or academic audiences."

In short, to turn political writing into an art.

I wonder, though, whether there are any lawyers in this land of many lawyers if just one good one would be prepared to act on this matter of great public interest.

If the BNP were properly organised it would of course support me and even instruct a decent firm of solicitors to pursue this case, but it too is as cowed by the matriarchy as the LibLabCon because its supporters and members are the ones most affected by the widespread illegitimacy that Suzanne Moore and her feminist ilk has caused to spread like a cancer  in this country.

Orwell Prize Shortlist Announcement

http://theorwellprize.co.uk/events/orwell-prize-shortlist-2012-announcement-and-debate/

This year I was not invited to the Orwell Prize Longlist or Shortlist annoucements.  This year the Administrator of the Prize is katriona.lewis@mediastandardstrust.org a woman, rather than Gavin Freeguard, a man.

This year there was no attempt even to appear impartial, for both the blogging judges had known Labour Party connections.

How very sad then that the only prize for political writing that you may have heard of has been contaminated and corrupted by extremist PC liberal feminism and its insufferable smugness, self-righteousness and inability to accept any other view than its own distorted view of the world.

Suzanne Moore, judge for Orwell Prize for blogging, admits ideological bias

https://twitter.com/#!/suzanne_moore/status/184987406661988352

no campaign. Claire Khaw is BNP agent in Tower Hamlets so no I did not shortlist her blog.

Bloggers longlisted for Orwell Prize for blogging 2012 deemed to be better than Claire Khaw by Liberal Left cabal running it

Compare my ten submissions at http://thebattlefieldoflove.blogspot.co.uk/2012/01/my-submission-for-2012-orwell-prize-for.html

to the bland Liberal Left approved stuff at  http://theorwellprize.co.uk/longlists/filter/type-Blog%20Prize/year-2012/

Both Hopi Sen and Suzanne Moore - this year's judges for blogging - have Labour Party associations, so they are bound to want to marginalise me for my nationalist associations.

Indeed, Suzanne Moore even started an online campaign to get people to block me from following them on Twitter.

http://thevoiceofreason-ann.blogspot.co.uk/2012/01/orwell-prize-left-wing-cabal-who-are.html

Orwell Prize Longlist Announcement today - no prizes for guessing who won't be on it

Dear all,

Thank you for your entry to the 2012 Orwell Prize. We received a record number of submissions; 264 books, 140 journalists and 226 bloggers submitted work. Our judges have been busy reading since the New Year and they’re finally nearing a decision.

The longlists will be announced next Wednesday 28th March at midday. At this time you shall receive an email notifying you of our decision.

The entrants make the Prize what it is and we do hope that you will continue to enact Orwell’s vision of turning ‘political writing into an art’.

If you should have any questions you can contact me on katriona.lewis@mediastandardstrust.org. I have taken over administration from Gavin Freeguard and look forward to getting to know you all.
Good luck and best wishes,

Katriona Lewis | Administrator, The Orwell Prize

'What I have most wanted to do... is to make political writing into an art' | George Orwellwww.theorwellprize.co.uk | twitter.com/TheOrwellPrize

Last year it was a rather more public event as can be seen at http://theorwellprize.co.uk/events/orwell-prize-longlist-2011-announcement-and-debate/ compared to this secret event that no one is invited to this year as can be seen at
http://theorwellprize.co.uk/events/orwell-prize-longlist-2012-announcement/

Third video from the top 9:48 at 6:34, David Allen Green says

"Yes, there is a perception that the Orwell Prize has a leftist approach ...."

then lots of canting prating shit about Orwell wanting to "correct injustice" (but only as defined by leftists like him).   Graeme Archer the civilly partnered homosexual who writes for Conservative Home (that nest of so-called Conservatives who wish to conserve the liberal status quo and whose leader supports "gay marriage", no less) won.  Dan Hannan who is not quite gay enough because he has a wife and children did not.

Last year they at least went through the motions of appearing to be impartial by having, I was going to say, two judges who were not Labour Party supporters.

I then checked http://theorwellprize.co.uk/the-orwell-prize/how-to-enter/entries-2011/blog-prize-2011/ and it came back to me that one of them was David Allen Green who actually admitted in his speech that the Orwell Prize was Left Liberal.  The other was Gaby Hinsliff, former political editor of The Guardian on Sunday.

Well, I guess they were never going to like my stuff.

Radical Right bloggers are automatically and easily excluded, because if you have not heard of some unknown blogger you are not going to ring and ask indignantly "Why hasn't Claire Khaw made the longlist?"

This  year, however, you can.

Notice that all the winners of the blogging prizes have been Left Liberal.   Last year's winner was Graeme Archer who writes for Conservative Home admittedly, but then he is known to be gay and in a civil  partnership.

If the only way of winning the prize if you are associated with the Conservative Party is to be gay then I will say I am a lesbian.  I have been hinting as much on Twitter and Facebook.  I am sure I said a few suggestive things to Suzanne Moore who is one of the judges this year when we were still Facebook friends, before she unfriended me.

I seem to remember offering to go round to hers to kiss better some marks on her neck that looked like love bites when she was asking her Facebook friends to look at those marks.

Later, I noticed that Nyta Mann (who works for the BBC) who was also her Facebook friend and formerly my friend were bad mouthing me.   Nyta Mann might recollect a few failed attempts on my part to seduce her.   So there.   I am not just making up my sexual orientation to win the Orwell Prize.

http://twitter.com/#!/nytamann

http://www.facebook.com/nytam

I also allowed the lesbian journalist Julie Bindel to kiss me once or twice and responded appropriately ie by kissing her back.

http://www.facebook.com/julie.bindel

http://twitter.com/#!/bindelj

Last year Suzanne Moore blocked me from following her on Twitter and started a campaign to tell others to do the same.

The other judge this year is Hopi Sen, who once worked for the  Labour Party.

No prizes for guessing who is NOT getting on the longlist again this year, even if my stuff is the most cutting-edge and radical form of political blogging, that demonstrates the art of my political writing.

So there you are, folks, there you are.

If you care for free speech and the integrity of the Orwell Prize, you now know who to ring to make your complaints.   The Orwell Prize is not owned by the Liberal Left.  If it is, it should not be.

Do not let them dominate the limits of political discourse, which are now very very narrow indeed.

Yesterday, a young white man was jailed for 56 days for sending offensive tweets about the black footballer Fabrice Muamba.   Has Muamba become God and has a law been passed forbidding blasphemy against our new British God Muamba?   If so, nobody told me or Liam Stacey.

I also want to say how sorry I am that Gavin Freeguard is no longer the administrator, but he has moved on to better things and is now political adviser to Harriet Harman.  Even when he must  have been privately appalled at my views, he was always  perfectly polite and charming to me.

You can read my submissions for this year's Orwell Prize for blogging at

Orwell Prize judges for blogging accused of Left Liberal bias - both judges associated with the Labour Party

MESSAGE 1 FROM CLAIRE KHAW  TO ORWELL PRIZE
Monday, 9 January 2012, 16:39
Hi Gavin
http://thevoiceofreason-ann.blogspot.com/2012/01/orwell-prize-left-wing-cabal-who-are.html
I wish to draw your attention to the blatant hostility shown by Suzanne Moore towards me and would question the wisdom and impartiality of having two such Labour-supporting judges for the Orwell Prize.

May I suggest that Suzanne be replaced by someone with Eurosceptic views who has previously expressed concern about the institutions of marriage and family as well as immigration?

That would then redress the disgraceful appearance of bias on the part of the Orwell Prize and keep its reputation intact.

May I in this instance suggest Sir Paul Coleridge.

Regards
Claire Khaw

MESSAGE 2 FROM ORWELL PRIZE TO CLAIRE KHAW
Wednesday, 11 January 2012, 10:24

Hi Claire,

Many thanks for your email.

Our judges are asked to put their political views to one side when judging – there is an injunction to be impartial. They are required to assess the quality of the writing which is put in front of them to judge (guided by the list of Orwell’s ‘Values’ at http://theorwellprize.co.uk/the-orwell-prize/how-to-enter/values/).

We are confident that this year’s judges will judge in this way, as previous ones have done. Previous judges have not been afraid to select winners whose political views differ from their own (the selection of Peter Hitchens by Roger Graef and Peter Kellner is a case in point), and to select judges purely by their politics rather than their ability to do the job would be potentially dangerous.

Best wishes
Gavin

Gavin Freeguard | Deputy Director, The Orwell Prize | Senior Editor, Media Standards Trust

MESSAGE 3 FROM CLAIRE KHAW TO ORWELL PRIZE
Wednesday, 11 January 2012, 13:45

Hi Gavin
Thank you for your message of reassurance, but I do not think you can call any of these bloggers who won the blogging prize as not Left Liberal.  Graeme Archer may be a member of the Conservative Party,  but he is openly gay, which would make him OK for the Liberal Left judges.

Blog category
2009 Richard Horton: "NightJack– An English Detective"
2010 Winston Smith (pseudonym): "Working with the Underclass"
2011 Graeme Archer: ConservativeHome

Johann Hari is of course not mentioned because the prize has been withdrawn, but there is no denying that he is a man of the Left.

As you say, "to select judges purely by their politics rather than their ability to do the job would be potentially dangerous" and we are certainly living in dangerous times.

Suzanne Moore has expressed open hostility to me on more than one occasion, because of my views on Feminism and Never Married Mothers.  I understand she is one herself.

Also, both Hopi Sen and Suzanne Moore are associated with the Labour Party.
Is the Orwell Prize comfortable with saying, more or less, in a loud stage whisper:

"Anyone with non-Left Liberal views and who has anything to do with UKIP or the BNP and who questions the current liberal orthodoxy as regards feminism, immigration and the welfare state need not apply"?

Does that have echoes of "Blacks and Irish need not apply" - signs that I have read were once displayed outside B&Bs in this country?

May I suggest that at least the appearance of impartiality be given this year to avoid the Orwell Prize falling into disrepute, and another judge with openly Conservative, traditional and Eurosceptic views be chosen, especially if they have expressed concern about immigration and wish to decriminalise fox-hunting.

I have already suggested Sir Paul Coleridge.

Roger Scruton, Peter Hitchens, Abhijit Pandya, Melanie Phillips, A N Wilson and Theodore Dalrymple come to mind.

It is in my view even more important that the blogging prize be impartial because, while people may wonder why prominent Conservative journalists they regularly read and respect never win the Orwell Prize, they will tend  not to care about an unknown whom they  have never heard of and who will never be heard of if Suzanne Moore gets her way.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Best wishes
Claire Khaw

Values
What I have most wanted to do throughout the past ten years is to make political writing into an art.

My starting point is always a feeling of partisanship, a sense of injustice. When I sit down to write a book, I do not say to myself, ‘I am going to produce a work of art’. I write it because there is some lie that I want to expose, some fact to which I want to draw attention, and my initial concern is to get a hearing. But I could not do the work of writing a book, or even a long magazine article, if it were not also an aesthetic experience…. So long as I remain alive and well I shall continue to feel strongly about prose style, to love the surface of the earth, and to take a pleasure in solid objects and scraps of useless information.

George Orwell, Why I Write

Orwell was a self-conscious writer: he cared not only about what he wrote, but how he wrote it. His assessment of what makes for good writing – and bad writing – is as relevant to writing and journalism today as it was when he was writing, and as such, should underpin the Prizes awarded in his name.

‘Political’ is defined in the widest sense; as Orwell wrote in ‘Politics and the English Language’:

In our age there is no such thing as ‘keeping out of politics’. All issues are political issues, and politics itself is a mass of lies, evasions, folly, hatred, and schizophrenia.

Entries should show:

Political purpose

Using the word ‘political’ in the widest possible sense. Desire to push the world in a certain direction, to alter other peoples’ idea of the kind of society that they should strive after (Why I Write)

Clarity

Good prose is like a windowpane (Why I Write)

Intellectual courage

Intellectual cowardice is the worst enemy a writer or journalist has to face… If liberty means anything at all it means the right to tell people what they do not want to hear (Proposed Preface to Animal Farm)

When there is a gap between one’s real and one’s declared aims, one turns as it were instinctively to long words and exhausted idioms, like a cuttlefish spurting out ink (Politics and the English Language)

Freedom of the intellect means the freedom to report what one has seen, heard, and felt, and not to be obliged to fabricate imaginary facts and feelings (The Prevention of Literature)

Critical thought

To exchange one orthodoxy for another is not necessarily an advance. The enemy is the gramophone mind, whether or not one agrees with the record that is being played at the moment (Proposed Preface to Animal Farm)

Artful writing

Pleasure in the impact of one sound on another, in the firmness of good prose or the rhythm of a good story. Desire to share an experience which one feels is valuable and ought not to be missed (Why I Write)

Entries should avoid:

staleness of imagery… [and] lack of precision… by using stale metaphors, similes, and idioms, you save much mental effort, at the cost of leaving your meaning vague, not only for your reader but for yourself (Politics and the English Language)

Above all, entries should share Orwell’s ambition:

to make political writing into an art.

Orwell Prize a left-wing cabal who are not even bothering to keep up the appearance of impartiality this year

I don't know why I didn't complain earlier because I  had noticed before that the 2012 judges for the Orwell Prize for blogging are both of the Left.  That was  probably because I already knew years ago that the Orwell Prize was just a Left Liberal cabal.

Nobody cares about someone they have never heard of and no unknown anti-feminist anti-liberal blogger will ever become known if the Orwell Prize for blogging judges conspire to ignore and censor them.   Notice they have never ever awarded the blogging prize to a right-wing blogger.

http://theorwellprize.co.uk/news/orwell-prize-2012-announces-judges-opens-for-entries/

The Orwell Prize:

is regarded as the pre-eminent British prize for political writing.  In each case, the winner is the short-listed entry which comes closest to George Orwell's own ambition to 'make political writing into an art'.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Orwell_Prize but it should be noted that a Liberal Left cabal have now made it their own so that they can now arrogantly and corruptly dictate the terms of political discourse.  This year, they are not even attempting to seem impartial.

HOPI SEN

I started work for the Labour party as the Northern region press officer in 2000. After the 2001 election I moved to Party HQ, before becoming the head of campaigns at the Parliamentary Labour Party.

She blocked me from following her tweets a while back.

There is therefore no attempt this year at even attempting to appear impartial.

Today, Suzanne tweeted at https://twitter.com/#!/suzanne_moore:

@gabyhinsliff @LouiseMensch @WeAreBrightBlue just to let you know have encountered Claire Khaw before. She is BNP. Block.

@LouiseMensch @gabyhinsliff @WeAreBrightBlue god she is persistent. Agent for BNP in Tower Hamlets.

I don't think I will be chosen this year, however well I have turned "political writing into an art", do you?

By the way, Suzanne, there is no point deleting your tweets, because I have already forwarded the screenshot to Gavin Freegard.

A description of Modern Liberals by Robert Henderson:

The unpleasant truth (for liberals) is that modern liberals, far from being interested in truth and fairness and  treating all human beings alike, are just like every other human being: they favour those they approve of and attack those they deem beyond the Pale.  In fact, liberals today are more likely to behave viciously towards those of whom they disapprove than the general run of Britons because they are rigid ideologues and like all ideologues they carry their beliefs to any length of sinister absurdity.

Lutfur Rahman and the BNP bloc vote

Labour Making a Big Mistake Over Lutfur Rahman
http://www.socialistunity.com/?p=6754

The Labour Party really hate Lutfur Rahman, don't they?  Here are a few anti-Rahman quotes:

http://www.guardian.co.uk/politics/davehillblog/2010/oct/05/tower-hamlets-mayoral-election-campaign-london-citizens-labour-candidate-helal-abbas

Rushanara Ali, the newly-elected MP for Bethnal Green and Bow congratulated the membership for "not tolerating intolerance" whether from "the far right or the far left - the Respect Party. You said goodbye to George Galloway [in May]. You said, we don't want division here, we don't want this community turned against each other - black against white against Asian; men against women; father against daughter; son against mother. That's what George Galloway's legacy has been." But she added: "Unfortunately, the Respect Party is not dead yet. It's rearing its ugly head again in a new way. It's calling itself 'independent'." This got a loud cheer. "It's not the same as Ken Livingstone becoming an independent," she continued. "Don't flatter them." She urged her audience to impress upon voters that the choice of who took care of a billion pound budget was between Labour, "a mainstream political party" that wants to unite the borough's different communities, and a divisive group of people who, among other things, want to "hijack Islam for selfish motives." She warned against intimidation and provocation and paid tribute to older Labour politicians who'd fought against the far right in her youth.

But then one hates and fears the person one has wronged.  Lutfur Rahman was to have been the Labour Tower Hamlets mayoral candidate until a rival Labour mayoral candidate, Helal Abbas, complained about him, causing Lutfur to be removed as a candidate without an investigation

This has provoked him into standing as an Independent against the Labour Party which will doubtless result in his expulsion.  Suzanne Moore, the Guardian and Mail columnist who was also a member of the Labour Party, was expelled from the party after she stood against Diane Abbott.

So this is party democracy in Labour, which is not much better than the kind of party "democracy" we get in the BNP.

http://www.guardian.co.uk/uk/davehillblog/2010/oct/01/tower-hamlets-mayoral-candidate-lutfur-rahman-antisemitism-respect-party

Lutfur Rahman does have a way with words, necessary to a politician and a lawyer of course, but also courage and determination from the array of his enemies:

"It has become fashionable among the right-wing to characterise Tower Hamlets as a 3rd World entity. If by that they mean a place where the rule of law is subordinate to the whims of unaccountable officials; where such basic principles such as "innocent until proven guilty" and the integrity of the democratic process are overruled by fiat, then they are entirely correct. But it is not me, or the borough's Bangladeshi community that are responsible for this sorry state of affairs, it is the Labour Party, who have for years treated Tower Hamlets like the last outpost of the British Raj."

Jeffrey Marshall and I have met Lutfur.  It was two or three years ago at a Safer Neighbourhoods meeting.  It was a Sunday and I remember Lutfur wearing jeans, for some reason.  Jeffrey complained about the intimidating gangs of youths hanging around street corners.  Lutfur even came over and chatted to us because we, being non-Asian, stuck out all like sore thumbs.

A few months later the gangs of intimidating youth had been dispersed with the dispersal notices that Lutfur must have had something to do with.

So, Lutfur's strong on law and order and gets things done.

Another reason why BNP supporters should vote for Lutfur is to show solidarity with someone who has been badly-treated by his party.

Details of how and why can be gleaned by reading http://trialbyjeory.wordpress.com/2010/09/22/an-nec-members-account/

Some of you may have heard of the BNP's recent troubles.  The reason why the BNP have failed to enter a candidate for the Tower Hamlets mayoral elections was because it had escaped the notice of the Acting London Organiser (one Nick Griffin living in mid-Wales who relieved the previous London Organiser Chris Roberts of his post because he was suspected of being a supporter of Eddy Butler the leadership challenger that never was because he could never in a month of  Sunday secure enough nominations under the current rules) that there was a deadline to be met if one wanted to be a candidate for the mayoral elections on 21 October.

There is just a hint that Lutfur is anti-feminist and anti-Zionist, which would be OK with the typical BNP supporter, I imagine.  (He has clearly outraged Rushanara Ali who  made unspecified allegations against him  to Harriet Harman, the Supreme Matriarch of Britain.  It could be that he suggested that Rushanara Ali - another female candidate of the Oona King mode - is but a creature of the Labour Party and can no longer be said to properly represent the Bangladeshi community.  Perhaps the Bangladeshi community prefer a middle aged lawyer in preference to a slip of a girl who has "gone native" and will probably slavishly support whatever line her party wants her to take.)

Lutfur was also against the invasion of "Afraq" which is another important BNP policy.

Also, Ken Livingstone (whose political antennae is as faultless as mine) supports Lutfur and Keith Vaz - a lawyer - is on record saying that Lutfur's sacking was against the rules of natural justice.

Lutfur won by a majority of almost 200 votes from a total of 881 casted votes and the Local and Regional parties and both expressed confidence that the election had been fair and democratic.

Lutfur Rahman - 433 votes

John Biggs - 251 votes

Helal Abbas - 157 votes

Shome mishtake, shurely?

http://www.labourbriefing.org.uk/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=80:breaking-news-press-release-21st-september-2010&catid=3:newsflash

It would be an excellent story of mature co-operation if the BNP bloc vote helps to keep the Labour candidate out.  Helal Abbas has been a bankrupt under his other name of Abbas Uddin.  Helal Abbas was also a member of Hope Not Hate - an organisation specifically set up to thwart the BNP.

http://londonmuslims.blogspot.com/2010/10/lutfur-rahman-is-democrat-while-helal.html

http://blogs.telegraph.co.uk/news/andrewgilligan/100057592/lutfur-rahman-the-racists-choice/
and

http://hurryupharry.org/2010/10/07/lutfur-rahman-and-his-racist-supporters/ suggests that there is a very nasty and concerted campaign by Andrew Gilligan, Labour and Zionists to smear Lutfur as a racist and an anti-Semite.  I think people of all races who are branded as "racists" by the liberal establishment should stick up for each other.

The way ahead is therefore clear.  BNP supporters in Tower Hamlets should vote Lutfur Rahman on the grounds of "the enemy of my enemy is my friend".  It will be very satisfying to deliver a good hard kick to Labour while proclaiming to the nation that the BNP bloc vote is something to be courted if your majority is anything less than solid.

Restaurant and pub recommendation in Hackney and Stokey

http://www.fancyapint.com/pubs/pub3399.php

Friendly attractive barmaid, great music, attractive clientele at The Hobby Horse which had a DJ playing house music.

Very reasonable set meal: 4 courses for £16.50 per person (minimum two persons).

Walked past that chicken shop where poor Agnes Sina-Inakoju was shot. Ghoulishly, I tapped on the window.

http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/news/uk/crime/article7099383.ece

Even saw sinister pavement cyclist who cycled past very near to me earlier on the pavement and thought he could easily have been a cycle-by gunman.

Did not bump into Suzanne Moore.
